Lines for short-cut and long-cut pasta

PTG automatic portion system doses dry pasta (short-cut and long-cut) or fresh pasta before the cooking process in rotary blancher or multi-level cooker. High-quality final product is guaranteed by our vacuum extruder, in terms of absence of microbubbles, consistency and colour.
A special cup cooker is available to pre-cook in water a dosed quantity of pasta in a ready-meals line, helping to get the final correct weight of the single portion.
